They are available 7 days a week should you wish to make a Reservation or if you want to inquire about availability.

Sending us an e-mail is the quickest and most efficient way to initially contact us. Like everyone else, we are always checking our e-mail and this also applies to after work hours as well.

At present the most common languages spoken and understood in either of our offices is Thai and English. In order to save confusion and prevent misunderstandings can you please compose your e-mails in either of the above languages.

Our main Reservation / Booking Offices is based in Cambridge Massachusetts and is open from 9 am to 5 pm ( M-F ). If you are living in the United States or Canada and find it easier because of the time difference to contact us here, then please do so.

If you currently are a guest of ours and have an emergency outside business hours then please refer to the number printed on your reservation receipt, your key tag or the list of numbers displayed on the back of the door in your furnished apartment.
